Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Tanzania on 23 January, 2017 in a bid to bolster trade ties between the two countries. President Erdogan met with his counterpart President John Magufuli in the capital Dar es Salaam where they spoke on a number of bilateral issues including development, health, culture, industries media and education.
